Weight Training
We’re going to pump you up! Strengthen and tone your body by letting one of our certified pros teach you proper form and different fitness routines. This will help to improve endurance, build muscle mass, rev up your metabolism and develop maximum strength. Your healhty body will thank you.
HIIT Training
Join one of our trainers for a 30 minute of unique exercises to tighten and strengthen your body. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that works every muscle group. Core Training will improve all fitness areas by emphasizing coordination, balance and core strength.

Join our trainers as on this great class, as you begin a journey to get faster, stronger and healthier. Flexibility Training is suitable for everyone at any kind of fitness level. It is an excellent training program, taking advantage of the body’s natural movements. Don’t hesitate to start today!

We have simple pricing here! We make it all inclusive $16/weekly, with a one time $39 activation fee.

Do you offer discounts: military, student, or senior?
Veterans: Get a special rate membership. We want our veterans to know that they are welcome and accepted within our walls! Proof of service is required (DD214 or Military Photo ID).
Student’s and Seniors inquire within!
How do I pay?
We offer convenient weekly autopay, but if you miss a payment your fob is turned off until you pay for the month.
Do you offer Personal Training?
We offer personal training (fees apply) here at Body On Cue – we help you reach your goals. Your gains are our gains! And we want to make sure we help you with everything that you hope to achieve.
