We have classes that will increase your endurance, your fitness level, your physique, and your emotional well-being.
Programs
For the self-started we have fitness programs for you to follow and in turn will help you do a lot of what we teach in our classeses on your own and in on your own time – 24 hours a day!
Personal training
Our staff is professionaly trained in aspects of the Body. Our personal trainers will set schedules with you in order to work with you on your time.
Family
Once you are a member, you are a family member! We will help you out as much as you need. We are here to help you on your fitness journey to get you to where you are where you need to be; in order to achieve your goals!
Training For All Fitness Levels
Our training and classes are meant to inspire and promote your fitness level and will build upon your level of physical ability! We will help you gain the level of fitness that you want to achieve.
Weight Training
We train you to know how to use the weights safely and efficiently. We will help you make the gains that you need to make to reach your goals.
Cardio
Cardio classes are made to work with your body type and create confidence and help you lose weight. We will encourage your cardio goals and teach you to have the abilitiy to increase your cardiovascular activity.
Circut training
We will work with you, teach you how to safely work our circuit, which our circuit is designed with you in mind to increase your ability and confidence in creating the you that you would like to achieve. We will create a circuit training regimen that will work for you.
Zumba
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
Body Building
Bodybuilding is the use of progressive resistance exercise to control and develop one’s musculature for aesthetic purposes.
Drumming
Getting in rhythm with everyone singing and dancing is effortless to do with cardio drumming. Instead of sitting, one stands with their exercise ball waist high and is slightly bent but with a straight back, so that the abs are engaged and there’s a full body workout – that can also include squats.
